Screen Printing Operator
Wayne County, NY | Manufacturing | Full-Time
We are seeking a Screen Printing Operator who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and can produce high-quality printed components while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
This is a great opportunity for someone with screen-printing experience who enjoys hands-on work and can work efficiently in a production environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Install framed silk screens onto printing equipment and guide screens when necessary.
Set up and operate screen-printing presses
Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production.
Properly align designs and ensure accurate color registration
Print designs on a variety of surfaces, including metal, epoxy, and masking materials
Use various hand tools to ensure finished products meet client specifications.
Inspect printed products for quality, defects, alignment, and accuracy
Clean and maintain screens, printing equipment, and work areas.
Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Float between masking and production departments during downtime or as production needs require.
What We're Looking For
Previous screen-printing experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings
Basic mechanical skills and the ability to safely operate production equipment.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Willingness to learn and assist in other manufacturing departments.
Ability to lift 25–35 lbs.
Strong commitment to quality and workplace safety.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
