Silver Plating Bead BlasterSchedule: Monday – Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30amPay: $20 to $22 per hourWe are currently hiring a Bead Blaster for a full-time, 2nd shift position with a growing manufacturing company. This role is responsible for preparing and finishing metal parts using bead blasting equipment, ensuring components are ready for paint and final assembly.Key Responsibilities:Set up and prepare metal parts for blastingOperate and monitor bead blasting equipmentPerform quality checks and maintain attention to detailTroubleshoot minor issues with equipmentMaintain clean and organized work area (5S standards)Follow safety rules and company proceduresRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrior manufacturing or metal finishing experience preferredAbility to read and follow assembly drawings and specificationsComfortable using hand tools and precision measuring instrumentsAble to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periodsWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly payFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k with match)Paid time off and holiday payClean, team-oriented work environmentOpportunities for growth and advancement
