Job description
Single-Ply Commercial RoofersWe are hiring experienced Single-Ply Commercial Roofers to install, repair, and maintain TPO, PVC, and EPDM roofing systems on commercial buildings. This position requires strong knowledge of commercial roofing methods, safe work practices, and teamwork on active job sites.ResponsibilitiesInstall TPO, PVC, and/or EPDM roofing systems on commercial projectsPerform heat welding, flashing details, terminations, seams, and membrane repairsInstall insulation, cover board, adhesives, and fastening systemsWork safely on rooftops, ladders, scaffolding, and liftsFollow manufacturer specifications and project requirementsMaintain clean, organized job sites and protect customer propertyAssist foreman and crew with daily production goals and quality controlQualifications3+ years of commercial single-ply roofing experience preferred (more is a plus)Strong knowledge of:Heat welding / seam integrityPenetration flashing and detailsAdhesive and mechanical attachment systemsAbility to lift 50–80 lbs, stand/walk for long hours, and work in hot/cold weatherComfortable working at heightsValid driver's license preferredOSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)BenefitsCompetitive payMedical/Dental/VisionPaid time offWeekly payCareer advancement opportunities (Foreman / Lead roles)Training & certifications (OSHA, manufacturer training, etc.)Why Work With UsStrong safety cultureProfessional, organized crewsOpportunity to grow"Company" is an Equal Opportunity EmployerPM23
