Job description
ModWash is seeking a General Manager for our Cambridge, MD site. As the CEO of the site, you own people, performance, culture, and profitability, while upholding ModWash standards and values. You will make daily ownership decisions to drive long-term success and support brand strategy.
You will lead staffing, training, and operations with a focus on labor, revenue growth, guest experience, and safety, acting decisively within guardrails to deliver strong site results.
