Rinker Design Associates, LLC (RDA) is seeking a motivated Site-Civil Engineer to join our team in Glen Allen, Virginia. The role focuses on site-civil design, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and erosion control for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
