You will take ownership of civil site development projects, overseeing technical delivery, client relationships, budgets and schedules. The role combines hands-on engineering oversight with team leadership and business development across residential, commercial and industrial developments.
The Ideal Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license.
5+ years of civil engineering design and project management experience.
Experience managing civil site development projects within a consulting environment.
Experience delivering residential, commercial and/or industrial site development plans.
Strong technical understanding of water, sewer and storm drainage infrastructure.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D.
Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
