KinderCare is seeking a Site Director to lead our program at Henry Elementary School. In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for young learners. You will manage staff scheduling, coaching, and development, implement high-quality early childhood curriculum, and maintain strict licensing and safety compliance. The Site Director builds strong relationships with families and school partners, manages budgets and enrollment, and drives a culture of collaboration, diversity, and continuous improvement.
