As an Out-of-School Time Site Director, you lead an on-site Champions program for elementary-age children. You supervise staff, create engaging activities using a provided curriculum, and ensure a safe, compliant environment. You build strong relationships with families and school partners, oversee daily operations including scheduling and documentation, and support enrollment efforts so the program runs smoothly and meets quality and licensing standards.
