Job description
As Site Director at KinderCare’s West Hazleton School, you lead all aspects of a vibrant early childhood education center. You oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children and staff. You coach and develop teachers, guide curriculum implementation, and maintain full compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards. You build strong partnerships with families, manage enrollment and budgets, and model KinderCare’s inclusive, collaborative culture while driving continuous quality improvement and school success.
