Job description
KinderCare is seeking a Site Director for Summit Academy North Elementary to lead daily operations and ensure a safe, nurturing learning environment. The Site Director oversees staff, curriculum implementation, and licensing compliance while building strong relationships with families and school partners. Responsibilities include managing enrollment, budgets, and schedules; coaching and developing educators; and upholding high standards of care and education.
