You'll combine hands‑on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our most valuable asset – our people. Your role bridges the gap between safety requirements and operational success, requiring both technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and influence positive change will be essential as you help shape our safety culture. You'll lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most. Managing our first aid program and emergency response capabilities, you'll ensure immediate care is always available. Your analytical skills will transform safety data into actionable insights, while your leadership abilities will help engage associates in our safety mission.
