Job description
ModWash is seeking a General Manager to act as the CEO of the site, owning people, performance, culture and profitability. You will make daily decisions that drive long-term success while upholding ModWash standards, values, and strategy.
The GM is expected to think and act like a business owner: owning results, developing leaders, safeguarding the brand, and continuously improving operations.
