Job description
Safran Group in Twinsburg, Ohio, seeks an HR Manager to lead the full HR function for a site of roughly 150 employees, mostly engineers and support staff, with a small production population. The role is onsite five days per week and reports to the Site Leadership Team.
You will oversee the HR team, manage recruiting, onboarding, payroll, compensation/benefits, and employee relations, and drive performance, succession, and engagement initiatives.
