Job description
Aramark Nexus seeks a Senior HR Manager to act as an on‑site HR partner for all employee lifecycle activities at the Hereford project in Texas. You will lead staffing, employee relations, policy compliance, and housing support while partnering with site management on HR strategy and workforce planning.
You will train managers on interviewing, performance reviews, and regulatory compliance, drive talent development, and manage compensation reviews for hourly staff.
