Job description
Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Learning & Development Site Leader to shape the future workforce of a manufacturing facility by building training systems that accelerate employee capability, support operational excellence, and help employees reach their full potential.
This role partners with site leadership, HR, Corporate L&D, operations, and hourly trainers to strengthen technical training, onboarding, qualification, and employee development while applying Principle Based Management (PBM).
