Job description
Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego seeks a Site Lead to coordinate and supervise after-school and virtual instruction across sites. You will collect achievement data, build partnerships with community groups, and recruit and mentor part-time staff to deliver high-quality youth programming that aligns with BGCGSD goals.
You will ensure safety and program standards, collaborate with school leadership, and support site operations, budgeting, and outreach efforts within a dynamic nonprofit
