Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)
Penmac Staffing is hiring a Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) to support a fast-paced logistics operation. This is a hands on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, coordinating teams, and ensuring safe, efficient operations.
Pay & Schedule for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)
Starting pay: $21-25 per hour / Based on Experience
Full-time
Monday through Friday
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
40–50 hours per week
Requirements for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)
Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Strong decision-making, communication, and conflict resolution skills
Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be willing to submit to a background check
Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) Responsibilities
Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise on-site staff
Conduct team meetings, assign priorities, and communicate expectations
Monitor productivity and track key performance metrics
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Coordinate workflow between warehouse staff, drivers, and customers
Provide coaching, direction, and performance feedback
Work Environment for the Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor)
This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse setting and requires regular walking, equipment oversight, and frequent interaction with employees, drivers, and customers. The Site Lead (Warehouse Supervisor) serves as a key holder and must maintain a strong on-site presence.
