Job description
ARMADA, Ltd. seeks a Site Lead to manage daily administrative operations and supervise contract instructors delivering MA CTC trainings at NTTC Lackland in San Antonio, Texas. You will act as the primary local contact for government leadership and ensure compliance with DoD/Navy requirements.
You will coordinate staffing, course delivery, and instructor assignments, handling performance issues, safety concerns, and required notifications within timelines.
