Job description
Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager in Mineola, TX to lead the on-site team, safeguard guest experience, and uphold brand standards. You will recruit, train, and develop leaders while partnering with the Market Director to drive daily results.
As the senior on-site leader, you will manage operations, safety, and profitability, coach sales, monitor KPIs, and ensure the site delivers consistent performance even when not in view of leadership.
