Job description
Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Tupelo, MS is seeking a General Manager (Site Leader) to run daily operations, lead a 10–15 person team, and ensure an outstanding guest experience on a fast-paced, outdoor site.
This full-time role offers base pay plus premium pay for overtime, a bonus structure, and profit sharing, with a 47-hour work week and a 5-day schedule. Emphasis on teamwork, safety, and hands-on leadership continues throughout the day.
