Whistle Express is seeking a Site Manager to lead the on-site team, champion guest experience, and oversee equipment and operations. You will develop leaders below you, partner with senior leadership, and drive daily site performance.
You will recruit, train, coach, and manage staff, maintain safety and quality standards, and steer sales initiatives to achieve profitability. This role requires readiness to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
