Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals
Ensure high‑quality guest wash experience
Maintain a safe, fun, and productive workplace
Drive sales and profitability
Recruit, train, and coach team members
Oversee equipment care and maintenance
Handle cash flow accurately
Maintain supplies and inventory levels
Monitor costs and maximize efficiency
Conduct weekly calls and updates with the team
Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
Delegate responsibilities effectively, empowering the team
Steer the location toward profit and growth
Provide clear operational updates to management
Develop and implement marketing campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum three years of leadership experience
Prior profit and loss responsibility preferred
Strong problem‑solving skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to learn mechanical aspects of the operation
High energy in a fast‑paced environment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
No prior car‑washing experience required; training provided
