Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Site Leader to manage a team of 10-15 in a fast-paced, outdoor car wash environment. You’ll drive guest satisfaction through quality service while overseeing daily operations and hands-on equipment checks.
With 3+ years in leadership and a readiness to work in all weather, you’ll help recruit, train, and retain staff. The role includes an 80k+ guarantee, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits program.
