Job description
C&W Services is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance at a single site in Milpitas, CA. You will report to the Maintenance Manager or Regional Maintenance Manager and lead a safety-first, high-performance team to ensure asset reliability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include managing preventive/predictive maintenance, tracking KPIs, and supervising technicians while coordinating with site and regional leaders to drive continuous improvements.
