Job description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Site Manager to oversee the safety and security of our premises. As a Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment for our clients and staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
Duties
Conduct regular patrols across designated areas and monitor surveillance equipment to ensure the safety of the premises.
Respond promptly to alarms, investigate disturbances, and take appropriate actions as needed.
Manage access points, verifying identifications when necessary.
Perform routine inspections to guarantee compliance with security protocols.
Provide assistance to employees and visitors whenever required.
Maintain detailed reports on incidents, observations, and shift activities.
Collaborate with law enforcement authorities when essential.
Experience
Possess certification in First Aid and CPR.
Proficient in CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
Familiarity with militarized procedures is considered advantageous.
Strong conflict management skills are essential for this role.
This is a full-time position with a schedule of Thursday through Monday Midnight to 8am ).
