Our integrated approach spans power generation, battery energy storage, renewables, transmission, substation, and underground infrastructure - from concept to commissioning, we execute complex power infrastructure projects with the speed, certainty, and operational excellence our customers depend on.

At Quanta Power Solutions, we are driven by a culture of safety, integrity, and disciplined execution - and we're building a team that shares that commitment.

About this Role

Quanta Power Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to lead the successful execution of large-scale Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power generation projects and serve as the senior site leader responsible for all field construction activities. This role oversees the safe, efficient, and high-quality construction of gas turbine, HRSG, steam turbine, balance-of-plant, and associated infrastructure systems from mobilization through commissioning and turnover.

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience managing large EPC and self-perform power generation projects, leading diverse construction teams, coordinating subcontractors, and driving schedule, quality, safety, and cost performance on complex energy projects.

What You'll Do

Lead all site construction activities for CCGT power generation projects, including civil, structural steel, mechanical, piping, boiler/HRSG, electrical, instrumentation & controls (I&C), and balance-of-plant scopes.

Serve as the primary on-site representative for the project, coordinating with clients, engineering teams, OEMs, contractors, vendors, and commissioning personnel.

Oversee execution of major plant equipment installation, including combustion turbines, HRSGs, steam turbines, condensers, cooling systems, transformers, and associated auxiliaries.

Direct project scheduling, sequencing, and site logistics to ensure alignment with critical project milestones and commercial operation dates.

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and environmental standards.

Lead field supervision, construction managers, superintendents, field engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

Identify and mitigate site risks, resolve construction issues, and implement recovery plans to maintain schedule and budget performance.

Monitor productivity, manpower, equipment utilization, and construction progress.

Ensure quality control processes and turnover documentation are completed in accordance with project requirements.

Support startup, commissioning, testing, and turnover activities in coordination with operations, OEM representatives, and commissioning teams.

Provide regular project status updates, forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership.

Perform other duties as assigned.
