Job description
Clean Team in Indiana is seeking an exempt Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at multiple facilities in the Fort Wayne / Auburn area.
You will lead and train Cleaning Associates, manage labor and supplies, and coordinate with upper management to ensure high-quality service and customer retention.
This role requires a proven leader with a hands-on approach to scheduling and problem solving and a commitment to reliable, high-standard service.
