Job description
Whistle Express Car Wash in Hot Springs, AR is looking for a Site Manager to own daily site performance and lead the team. You will drive guest experience, manage equipment and standards, and partner with the Market Director to ensure consistent results.
As the leader between the Assistant Site Manager and Market Director, you will recruit, coach, and develop leaders, ensure safety and quality, and execute sales initiatives to grow memberships and profitability at the site.
