Supervising and coaching store employees.

Minimizing inventory shrinkage through proper processes.
Ensuring timely and accurate receipt and storage of merchandise.
Creating a safe work environment and ensuring HazMat training is completed.
Complying with company policies.
Working with the District office to maintain procurement controls.
Building relationships and negotiating with vendors.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, leadership experience in the automotive industry, and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to operate POS systems and physical capability to perform job duties are required.
The work environment involves physical activity and exposure to fumes or airborne particles. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, in retail industry, with a focus on project management and information technology.
