Job description
DoorDash is seeking a warehouse leader for its DashMart distribution center to recruit, coach and retain a high-performing team of 3+ Shift Leads and 6+ associates, own day-to-day operations, and ensure safe, fast and accurate fulfillment. You’ll own scheduling and labor budgets, hit site-level metrics, and delight customers by improving order accuracy and speed.
You’ll partner with inventory and training teams to provide the tools and resources to raise performance.
