Centurion Health is seeking Site Medical Directors at Tennessee Department of Correction clinics: DeBerry Special Needs Facility, Nashville; West Tennessee State Penitentiary, Henning; Northeast Correctional Complex, Mountain City. Starting salary of $350,000+; $30,000 retention bonus; relocation assistance available.
The Site Medical Director provides clinical leadership for chronically ill patients and coordinate care with specialists, nursing, and behavioral health teams; Monday–Friday
