Job description
Teledyne LeCroy Korea is seeking an experienced Site Operations Leader to ensure safe, efficient site work and adherence to procedures. You will identify staffing needs, coordinate with Human Resources, and oversee performance evaluations, budgeting, forecasting, and weekly P&L reporting.
Responsibilities include executing the daily production schedule, backlog reduction, resource management, and leading cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements.
