Job description
Sealed Air Corporation is seeking a Site Manager in Danbury, CT to lead daily operations at a chemical and packaging manufacturing site. You will drive safety, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and performance improvements across cross-functional teams.
You will set strategic site direction with the Sr. Director of Operations, align production goals with the Global Supply Chain, and optimize resources to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets, while mentoring Team Performance Leaders.
