Job description
SBM Management Services, LP is seeking an Operations Manager - Site to direct company programs and enforce policy to ensure contract compliance with customers. The role includes safety, quality, service oversight, and budget management across site operations.
Responsibilities cover scheduling, personnel assignments, audits, inventory control, and liaison duties with customers and subcontractors, with some travel required. Monday–Friday, in-office Indianapolis area.
