Job description
Air Products is seeking a Site Manager for its Oak Creek, WI facility. This 24/7 operation requires direct leadership of operators, drivers, and maintenance staff to ensure safe, reliable production and distribution.
The Site Manager will drive safety, productivity, budget adherence, and continuous improvement while coordinating with cross-functional teams and regulatory bodies. A strong EHS focus and hands-on leadership are essential.
