Job description
Paladin Labs Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Quality to oversee all quality functions at the Hobart, NY manufacturing site. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with cGMP standards and ensuring the highest product quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive pharmaceutical experience and strong leadership skills.
The individual will provide strategic leadership, manage a budget exceeding $10MM, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
