Job description
DuPont Multibase seeks a Quality Leader to join the site leadership team in Copley, Ohio. You will lead the QA/QC laboratory team, oversee the quality management system, and collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Global Quality to drive product quality and customer satisfaction.
You will foster accountability, coach staff, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to advance manufacturing performance and site capabilities.
