Job description
Lam Research in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Site Quality Leader to own site quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing site. You will lead problem-solving, 8D cycles, and reporting accuracy, aligning with Factory and Engineering teams to deliver measurable quality improvements.
The role requires a strong background in electronics/engineering, extensive experience with semiconductor equipment, and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
