PLC Programming & Integration: Utilize Addverb’s custom PLC libraries and code templates in platforms such as Siemens TIA Portal, Omron Sysmac Studio, Beckhoff TwinCAT, and Allen-Bradley Studio 5000.

Develop, debug, and standardize logic for motor control, diagnostics, fault detection, and alarm handling.

Data Connectivity & API Testing: Build and manage configurations in Kepware KEPServerEX for secure and efficient data exchange between machine-level PLCs and SCADA/MES/cloud systems.

Test and validate real-time API calls using Postman , ensuring seamless communication across WES, WMS, and edge devices.

Fleet & Sensor System Management: Operate Addverb’s Fleet Management System (FMS) to configure robot paths, mission logic, obstacle handling, and battery systems.

Calibrate and configure barcode scanners and safety devices using SOPAS Engineering Suite and Cognex/Keyence vision tools.

Monitoring & Diagnostics: Leverage the Addverb Service Portal for logging breakdowns, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and tracking MTBF/MTTR.

Utilize the Remote Monitoring Toolkit (VPN, diagnostic scripts, SSH tools) to access and troubleshoot live systems.

Data Acquisition & Analytics: Run proprietary Python/SQL data acquisition scripts , feeding predictive analytics dashboards and internal historian systems.

Ensure operational and performance validation using IQ/OQ/PQ digital forms tailored to customer KPIs.

Documentation & Training: Contribute to and utilize internal SOPs and e-learning portals to support cross-functional teams and train engineers in standard procedures and tools.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on professional experience in warehouse automation, industrial control systems, or a related SRE/Systems Engineering role.

Strong knowledge of PLC programming , SCADA/MES , and robotics integration .

Proficient in Python, SQL , and using industrial diagnostic and configuration tools.
