Help us raise the expectation of what an agriculture company can be and grow your career with Nutrien and Nutrien Ag Solutions.What You'll Do:Works with the Facility Managers to fix and upgrade any equipment not up to standardMaintains safety and maintenance records on facilities and equipment ensuring they meet and exceed legislationWorks to maintain and encourage a safe environment through employee training and managementWhat You'll Bring:2+ years related experience in a safety or operation environmentBasic Computer skillsAbility to work well alone and with others in a team-oriented environmentMust have the ability to interface effectively with others so that information is professionally communicatedExcellent written communication skills, presentation skills and the ability to train othersAbility to maintain confidentiality; uses time effectively; attention to detail; well organized with ability to prioritize and be flexiblePrompt and regular attendance and safe work performanceTravel and training may be requiredUnderstand and comply with all company policies and procedures and government regulationsValid driver's licenseSpanish is a PlusField experience in Pesticides QA Certification is a PlusNutrien is an equal opportunity employer.
