Job description
Crossroads Church seeks a Site Security Lead to safeguard all church activities across sites, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for first-time guests and long-time attendees.
You will develop security protocols, supervise volunteers, coordinate with local law enforcement, train staff, manage surveillance and access controls, and respond to emergencies with calm and decisive leadership. Weekend/evening hours required, with travel within OH/KY as needed.
