Job description
CAE USA in Charleston, SC seeks a Site Lead / FTU Manager to oversee academic and simulator training at the assigned site. You will provide leadership for contract instructors, coordinate with the government Program Office, and ensure contract compliance, safety, and throughput for aircrew instruction.
The role requires extensive flight operations experience, military background, and DoD clearance eligibility. Travel to base communities and coordination with the TSSC are expected.
