Job description
M&J Services Inc. is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales Technician/Comfort Advisor to drive in-home sales across the Hampton Roads area. You will conduct residential evaluations, present options, and close HVAC opportunities with a focus on customer education and trusted service.
This is a 100% commission-based role with no guaranteed base salary. The compensation plan rewards earnings based on performance, with support from qualified leads and company resources to help you close deals.
