Six Sigma Black Belt | Charlotte, MI
Salary Range
$95,000 - $142,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are partnering with organizations in Charlotte that are seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from inception to completion, delivering significant cost savings and process improvements.
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
Utilize advanced statistical analysis and problem-solving techniques to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality, to implement sustainable process changes.
Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Recommended Qualifications
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
Minimum 5 years experience applying Black Belt methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams on complex improvement projects.
Expertise in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for process optimization.
Track record of achieving significant, measurable financial savings through Six Sigma projects.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML integration in process improvement.
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in manufacturing.
Proven ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other team members.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders at various levels.
Certification in Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies in addition to Six Sigma.
