Six Sigma Black Belt | DeWitt, MI
Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with multiple companies in DeWitt seeking experienced Six Sigma Black Belts. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations in manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions and standardize best practices across production lines.
Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
Monitor and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure long-term sustainment of improvements.
Drive the identification of new Six Sigma project opportunities by analyzing operational data and engaging with stakeholders.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and Yellow Belts
Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 solutions within a Six Sigma framework
