Six Sigma Black Belt | Jenison, MI
Salary Range: $94,000 - $141,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Jenison that are seeking skilled Six Sigma Black Belts. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities
Drive and execute complex Six Sigma projects to improve manufacturing processes and product quality.
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of defects and implement sustainable solutions.
Analyze manufacturing data using statistical methods to identify trends, predict outcomes, and measure project impact.
Develop and deliver training programs on Six Sigma principles and tools to build organizational capability.
Champion continuous improvement culture by promoting Six Sigma methodologies and best practices across the organization.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Certified in Lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with Minitab or other statistical software for data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts.
Project management certification (e.g., PMP).
Experience applying Six Sigma in a continuous improvement or Industry 4.0 environment.
