Six Sigma Black Belt | Whitehall, MI
Salary Range: $91,000 - $138,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We partner with manufacturers across Whitehall seeking Six Sigma Black Belts who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex Six Sigma Black Belt projects from initiation to closure, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and inefficiencies, implementing sustainable solutions.
Develop and deliver training programs on Lean Six Sigma principles and tools to various levels of the organization.
Utilize advanced statistical analysis and data visualization tools to drive data-driven decision making and validate project results.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with strategic business objectives.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the manufacturing facility.
Recommended Qualifications
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and other team members.
Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python for data analysis).
Experience applying Lean principles beyond traditional manufacturing, e.g., transactional processes or supply chain.
