Six Sigma Black Belt | Wyoming, MI
Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity
We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Wyoming region seeking Six Sigma Black Belts. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects to achieve significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Facilitate cross-functional teams to identify root causes of manufacturing defects and process variations.
Apply advanced statistical analysis and data visualization to drive data-driven decision making.
Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build organizational capability.
Collaborate with leadership to identify strategic improvement opportunities aligned with business goals.
Recommended Qualifications
Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) with demonstrated project leadership.
Minimum 5 years of experience applying Six Sigma methodologies in a manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams on complex improvement projects.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
Experience in process mapping, root cause analysis, and control plan development.
Track record of delivering significant cost savings or quality improvements.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in process improvement.
Familiarity with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R, Python) beyond basic capabilities for complex data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop Green Belts and other continuous improvement practitioners.
Strong background in Design of Experiments (DOE) for optimizing complex manufacturing processes.
Certification in Lean principles or experience leading significant Lean transformation initiatives.
