Skid Steer Operator

As a Skid Steer Operator, you'll be operating skid steer assisting all areas of the plant. You will also be running a tire de-rimmer and palletizing rims for shipment. This position requires working in noisy environments with exposure to extreme temperatures and involves physically demanding tasks within our tire recycling facility and in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate skid steer proficiently.
Operate a tire de-rimmer
Ensure adherence to all safety procedures and understand directions thoroughly.
Engage in multiple activities within the tire recycling facility, involving physical and demanding tasks.
Skills and Abilities
Ability to use hand tools
Must have heavy machinery experience.
Skid steer – required
Excavator – preferred
Understand and follow all OSHA and site-specific safety programs.
Must be reliable and flexible.
Willingness to work in hot, cold, wet and dirty conditions.
Attention to detail and attentive.
Willingness to work hard.
Be a team player.
Safety boots required.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
