Job Description
We are hiring experienced Skid Steer Operators and Telehandler (Lull) Operators for a commercial construction project in Lebanon, IN. Operators will be responsible for moving materials throughout the job site, supporting construction crews, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
Operate skid steers and telehandlers (lulls) to transport materials around the job site.
Load, unload, and distribute materials to crews as needed.
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues.
Follow all site safety policies and procedures.
Assist with general site support when equipment operation is not needed.
Requirements
Previous experience operating skid steers and/or telehandlers (lulls) on commercial construction sites.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable transportation and attendance.
Strong understanding of construction site safety.
Ability to work Monday through Saturday and work 8-12 hour shifts as project demands require.

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
